To become a PEC delegate, students must: Have completed their high school sophomore, junior, or senior year by June 2020. Have a parent or legal guardian who is a PEC member in good standing. Jul 06, 2020 · Unfortunately, the 2020 Youth Tour trip had to be canceled due to COVID-19. In its place, all of our 2020 delegates, with the exception of our two seniors, will participate in next year’s trip. Because they are unable to attend, the seniors have been awarded a scholarship toward their continued educations in the amount equivalent to the cost of the Youth Tour trip.
