I'm very happy with the quality and performance of this binding. It replaces Voile release plates on my old skis, and this is a far superior product. I'm happy with the stiffness when on hardpack (skiing Wailer 99's and Garmont 3-buckle boots). No local powder yet, so I can't report on the touring mode.5/5

However, for those who demand the safety release, the 7tm Power Tour is a binding to be seriously considered despite its relative weaknesses.
