We were taken care of by Access Tibet Tours in Lhasa whilst on a trip organised by China Odyssey Tours. Lhasa was fantastic and the ATT guide and driver were extremely knowedgable, punctual and friendly. Our trip did not require a 4WD and I cannot comment on their price or ability to organise travel and accomodation.
