Nov 03, 2018 · Adding Angel Island was a great surprise. I wish we would have had more time to explore there, it was so beautiful! I also enjoyed the Alcatraz tour. I loved the Alcatraz Audio tour as well. It was a good length of time to get great information without becoming too long and boring. Highly recommend this tour if the Alcatraz tour is sold out!!5/5(33)

Aug 26, 2009 · As we were going to Angel Island we got the 9.40hrs sailing and were advised to stay on the ferry at Alcatraz - this actually gave us a great view of the island as we sailed past to Angel Island. Angel Island was well worth the visit. A guardsman greets you arriving off the ferry and explains what the tour consists of and where everything is.5/5(55.3K)

Sep 23, 2019 · Review of Alcatraz Island Reviewed 23 September 2019 We were in the group that went to Alcatraz first, this meant we had 2 hours on Alcatraz before getting back on the ferry to go to Angel Island. If you were on the one that went to Angel Island first then you would have more time at Alcatraz as you can return to SF on any ferry.5/5(55.3K)
