Always Glacier is the only bus company the does El Calafate-Torres del Paine, goes in the morning , returns in evening. You can buy one-way, best to reserve in advance. Very expensive, as they sell it as a tour, not as just transportation. You cannot buy on the net, you have to buy by email or telephone. Here is info in Spanish:
