The first thing you realize when on a factory tour of the Anthony-Thomas Candy Company is the chilly temperature. There has to be a reason for this, right? Our guide, Linda (pictured below), confirmed as much when she told us the packaging side of the factory is kept at 62 degrees so the chocolate doesn’t melt before it ships.
