We did a trip from Bangkok (Kao San Rd) to Kanchanaburi which included the floating market, Bridge on the River Kwai and the Tiger Temple in January 2009.. We booked through one of the hundreds of travel shops that you see everywhere and it cost 700 baht for 2 adults. The trip was in an airconditioned mini-van seating about 8 people.
