We just returned from Normandy and took the 2 day tour with D-Day Historian, formerly Battlebus. We were informed by Battlebus that they had downsized (a previous reply describes it in detail) and the owner Paul was operating the tour alone. Because we wanted to do the 2 day tour, we stuck with him and don't regret it.
