I have also booked this tour ($99 including hotel, all meals, bus tour) from Vancouver/Richmond Jensen Travel. Departure date is March 30, 2011. I have faith with this BJ tour as I have purchased the $138 - 8 days Shanghai Expo Tour from them in May 2010 and I am so pleased with the bargain and service.

Overall the tour is great i just don’t think it’s very nice that a few let me say westerners .....( tour was designed for overseas Chinese) are having a go at these people for give a affordable tour its either $99 for a 8 day tour or you can pay $500+ for the same thing (most tours in china will take you to shops).

Just got back from the $99 Beijing, Tianjin, Chengde tour.Overall experience is good. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and can speak in Cantonese and Mandarin. The tour was great, we went to Tiananmen, the great wall, summer palace, forbidden city, hutong, etc.There were 3 optional shows which understandbly all paid for the shows but there was no regrets, the shows were spectacular!
