Ok sorted it. It's to do with forwarding missed calls to your voicemail. Go to phone then settings and call forwarding. If any of those are on, it will come up with the message. It's the way blackberry deals with it. I've switched them all off and hey presto no more message. Posted with my BlackBerry Passport.

it's something to do with your carrier setting. the 'call forwarding-conditional' means when you place a call, at the same time the phone also triggers the call forwarding (usually it will go to the voicemail) means that when you're in a call and someone comes in to your phone, this call forwarding will trigger the other party to be directed to your voicemail.
