Each time I edit any contact (add a phone number or email) all of my Exchange (active sync) contacts disappear (a few houra after the edit.). If I then edit the account settings, turn off contact sync, save, turn on contact sync and save again - the contacts then get downloaded again from Exchange. I can reproduce this each time.
