We used Bully for an island tour when docked in Aruba for our cruise. He was always prompt to respond and was right where he said he would be when we got off of the ship. We had committed to 2 hours for the tour (we were taking a ship sponsored tour in the morning) and he told us right away that anything over 2 hours was on him.
