Apr 26, 2010 · the biggest problem the Tour had and still has, is the trackball problem. Fixed on the Bold 9650. that there will help out A LOT of complaints. second problem the Tour has is OS problems due to a very bad build Verizon put out on the 5.0 OS. one can only hope this new OS on this Bold will be good.
