Ok, From my understanding If you have Rock band 1/Rock band 2 Drums they will both work with Guitar Hero World Tour however even if you have the Symbol extentions for Rock band 2 drums this will still not enable you to play all 5 notes on GH/WT you will have to disconnect the symbols and then GH/WT will automatically change the 5 notes down to 4 when RB drums are connected.

On the other hand, you CAN use the World Tour drums on Rock Band 2 (but not Rock Band 1), you simply don't use the last drum pad. You couldn't find it because the World Tour drums aren't sold separately yet.
