As per the recommendation of someone who said it was great, I booked the Grand Canyon trip with Caravan tours. I thought that during our "down time" we would be able to book separate "side trips" but come to find out now that 1) Caravan doesn't offer additional trips through them and 2) they don't recommend you take side trips on your own.
