Mar 18, 2010 · not sure what to tell you, i have the same set up i have a 09 is250, and a blackberry tour and no issues and when i get in it connects just fine and when i shut the car off it disconnects just fine, i do work at verizon wireless so i would say try useing a diff phone with it and see if it works with it, if that works it is more than likely a problem with the phone.
