hi, i used to work for contiki, it's not all boozy despite some stereotypes. you tend to get a range of people and interests (some will prefer museums, some bars, some shopping). each tour group is different, but the short london one doesn't tend to be as "party" like as the longer tours where there's more of a group bond. btw i don't work there anymore, but i found it was a great experience ...

Jun 19, 2020 · Hi girls, I'm a 23yr old Aussie girl and I did my first Contiki tour when I was just 18. It was my first trip overseas and I was travelling solo, and seriously it was the best decision ever. While Western Europe is really safe and easy to travel around, it is a bit much for your first time and Contiki make everything so easy.

People who don't fit the ethos have a terrible time, those who do, love it. Do a search in this forum and on Google for reviews and see if it is what you had in mind.
