Dennis is hostile, immature, unstable, and passive-aggressive. Not only would I not recommend his tour, I would urge people to look elsewhere. There are many reputable tour guides who go on the exact same tour as Dennis Ross. Or better yet, plan your own trips. It's more fun and, as I found out the hard way, you have fewer jerks to contend with.
