Multiple follow up emails have been sent beginning on 3/19/2020, since that time and still no resolution nor have I spoken to anyone in senior management.4.5/5

We went on two tours with Extranomical: the Muir Woods and Wine Country Tour and the Yosemite Tour. Both were phenomenal. Our tour guides were funny, knowledgeable, and kept everything running smoothly. On our wine country tour our bus broke down, and within minutes Extranomical had organized individual Ubers to get us to our next spot.

Would highly advise booking with another tour group. I booked a tour with Extranomical Tours for a Yosemite 3 day tour – dorm room for July 6th-8th 2019. I was picked up at the Hilton in Union Square after the transport was 20 minutes late for the scheduled arrival.
