We were scheduled to take our 4th. tour with Globus on September 15, 2020. Globus canceled our trip (because of covid-19) on July 1, 2020. We notified Globus that we would like a refund on July 8, 2020. Globus indicated that it could take up to 12 weeks to get a refund! Our credit card was refunded in the full amount August 17, 2020.4.7/5

Yes, I have travelled with Globus but I prefer Trafalger. Trafalger is more serious about keeping with the stop every 2 hours rule, and that is a plus. It makes everything easier. Also, they usually have people from more countries. I would chose the Itinerary first, and then see who has the tour that you like better and choose that.
