My number one complaint is that this tour moved too fast. I'm in decent shape so the pace itself was fine, but going so fast made it hard to enjoy the tour and see anything. It is fast and has hills, some slippery so be prepared and wear proper footwear.4/5(59)

The Grand Avenue Tour is the longest hiking tour offered by the Mammoth Cave National Park. It takes about 4 ½ hours to hike 4 miles inside the cave. The park classifies this hike as “Physically Demanding” but in fact, the ranger led us at a slow pace and there were a lot of rest stops including lunch breaks and washroom breaks to accommodate everybody.

The park only just opened back up after quarantine on June 1st and they only have an Extended Historic tour available (it's a self-guided tour and all other tours are on hold right now). That being said, it's still a very fun tour and well worth the money.
