Is this a hiking tour? Iʻm pretty sure itʻs not legal to drive from Ka Lae to Papakolea. Know that itʻs a long hike to a not-really-spectacular beach. The sand isnʻt GREEN green, more like pale chartreuse. I think if your group wants major value from a tour they will not be happy with this one.
