The Tour version of the Hibore XL is IMO is an outstanding driver. It's 2-3 degrees open at address rather than closed like so many others these days. If your shot pattern is a draw like mine, with an occasional long hook, those closed faced drivers will kill you, especially when cranking hard on them.

Jul 26, 2008 · After a few months, he switched back to the XL. He did not like it at all. I also play a Cleveland HiBore XL and love it. I hit his XLS a few times and didn't care for it either. Personally, I think the HiBore XL for $149 is one of the best driver deals out there right now.
