Over all very happy with the tour, Sri Lanka is a beautiful country and the tour is a great way to see a lot in a short period of time. There is a lot of travelling in a mini van on the tour -more than 6 hours on the longest day - but the scenery is beauiful and there's always something to see out the window.

I telephoned kuoni and was offered vouchers, rebooking with a 10% incentive or a refund. Due to our circumstances we chose a refund. Money was back in our account within 14 days. On our experience we definately book wit kuoni again and would highly recommend them. Unlike what I am hearing about other tour operators kuoni made everything easy.
