Public tours are conducted on weekdays when parliament isn't sitting. There are six times to choose from, i.e. either 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 1.30pm, 2.30pm or 3.30pm. Bookings are not necessary (unless it's a group of six or more people). Just arrive at least ten minutes before the tour time and the first 25 people there get to go in.
