The 2020 Great River Energy Mesabi Trail Tour has been CANCELLED. The date for the 2021 Tour is Saturday, August 7. Located in northeastern Minnesota, the Mesabi Trail TM is a premier bicycle trail winding through some of the most scenic parts of the state. Currently over 135 miles of trail offers convenient accessibility at numerous entry points.

My husband and I did 53 miles of this trail on the Mesabi Bike Tour in July 2015. It was a well supported and organized ride. We really enjoyed the cooler up north temps and beautiful scenery. The hills are long and challenging but lots of nice downhills too. I had enough after 53 miles.
