Tour Leader badge vs Tour Guide license (STB) The tour leader badge is awarded to provide recognition to Outbound Tour Leaders. The prerequisite course for the badge teaches outbound tour leaders the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to access information for outbound tour, co-ordinate tour arrangements and develop tour commentary.
