Jul 28, 2009 · He recently re-enlisted for 4 years and is reclassing. Just this week he received his assignment and orders to pcs to germany. The orders state that it is an "all others tour" and that travel of family members to the overseas duty station is not authorized. I don't really understand why it would be an all others tour.
