My husband and I just returned from a June 2008 Machu Picchu/ Galapagos Islands trip with OAT. While I want to emphasize that the local Peruvian and Ecuadorian tour leaders were excellent, their counterparts in the US office have not even bothered to acknowledge receipt of emails from our group.
