The Peavey TNT 115 is overall a very solid bass amplifier. It has more control over your sound than you’ll find with most bass amps, which is certainly a welcome thing in any situation. Even if you don’t do much tweaking, it’s easy to get a nice and full bass sound here, whether it’s for recording or live shows.

May 11, 2013 · I play small venues with the unit as a standalone, and for larger clubs I add a 8 ohm Peavey 115 Black Widow cab and that gives a lot more volume with good tone. The TNT sits nicely on top of the 115, except the tiltback feature of the TNT makes me a little nervous. I can secure it to the lower cab with a small ratchet strap.
