To be honest, I would look at Costco packages, Pleasant Hawaiian, Panda Travel, even AAA or something before booking with Perillo. Hawaii was never their market. I understand they do a great job in Italy. Is there a reason you want a packaged "guided" tour? Hawaii is best enjoyed "doing your own thing" to most people.
