By contrast, our Underground Portland tour is the one with a greater focus on the "Shanghai Tunnels" and the seedy, greedy social "underground" of Portland. The Underground Portland tour was definitely interesting at points, but did feel like it dragged out quite a bit. Luckily it was a beautiful sunny day since 95% of the tour was outside.
