Blackberry Tour Problems Ok good, you're on the most current software for the phone. There aren't any official or 'unofficial' known issues with that phone resetting randomly. I've definitely seen issues with blackberries in general having reboot issues.

Re: Problems/Issues with Blackberry Tour 9630 I called Sprint pcs 100 times about the same problem. The phone's lower portion and the keys, get warm when either charging or using the phone. The Blackberry department of sprint pcs is useless and stupid.

Aug 08, 2009 · I just took my Tour in to my local Sprint Store for the left/right trackball problem. A few note: 1.) Sprint is aware of the problem. There was a note in the computer that trackball issues have been reported in the field with the 9630. Sprint is "working with the vendor" on the cause and resolution.

Oh my. I have had my Tour since Nov 09 and I thought it was just something wrong with the reception in my work place. However, when I'm at home calls would drop. I brought my daughter the Curve and she doesn't have that issue. So while I don't have an answer, I have the same complaint. It is a shame too because I love my Blackberry Tour.
