Aug 30, 2009 · I can't get 5.0.0.191 to install on my Tour. I have installed both the CrackBerry and BlackBerry OS leaked versions and have tried to update via App Loader. Deleted RIM Internal Apps. Have tried with and without the Vendor.xml file. Made sure there wasn't any other Tour OS's on my PC. Tried installing with and without WiFi on. I'm out of ideas.

My offending App seems to have been either BuzzMe (which works fine on my reloaded Tour now) or StartMeUp which is a freebie new release that is intended to load programs ...

Nov 11, 2009 · I ended up having to reinstall the original OS from the DM, which then updated to the 4.7.1.57 OS. I've only had this phone for a week and it is my first BB. I had had enough of the WM phones always locking up and never expected the Tour to lock up. Thankfully, a friend sent me here and I was able to reinstall everything last night.
