Unreliable Booking Company. Last two tours I booked with Viator have resulted in tour guide no showing. Both times, Viator could do nothing to help other than ultimately refund the money. The first time I had to fight to get money refunded. The second time we had driven 3 hrs to attend day tour where tour guide also no showed.2.2/5
