The romapass does **not** includes tours. It is only an entry pass. If the colosseum is one of the first two sites you visit with the pass then the entry will be free. If it is the third site you enter or any after that it will be at the reduced price of 7.50. There are two tours offered by the colosseum.

I intend to visit the Colosseum as one of the two free sites on the 3-day pass.. And I see that this only covers the Colosseum and not the Palatine Hill and Forum.
