I am trying to figure out whether to use a tour agency to visit the Underground River in Sabang or to travel on my own this December. If anyone has any recommendations on what is the best option please let me know the details including: how far in advance to book the tour and what tour agency was used or provide an itinerary of traveling to the river solo with the associated costs.
