Have not done the organic farm tour but have done the shell village. Trips like this are set by the resort and are demand driven. If you do and I do recommend you go take small denominations with you. The women of the village supplement their meagre incomes by having small souvenir stalls. They don't have a hope of changing a $50 or a $20.
