Aug 03, 2004 · The tour buddy cap is no your tank vent. As gas is drawn out of the tank it is replaced with the gas in the tour buddy till empty. On my 500 it takes about 70 km. I have used the same tour buddy on 3 sleds now. Very easy to get on and off. If you have any questions pm or email me. I can send you picks if you like.

Run the outlet tube from the Tour Buddy to the fuel tank vent nipple, then run the vent line from the Tour Buddy up through your steering column and back down to where the original vent line exited. Call Tour Buddy, they can give you exact instructions. #11 DHFDOOER
