I have a Blackberry Tour with a Phone as Modem plan. Is the new Blackberry Bold 9650 compatible with this plan? It doesn't matter if Sprint Smartview doesn't support the device, since the latest Blackberry Desktop Manager software allows you to easily create an Internet connection.
