Jun 04, 2012 · Sangan + Tour Guide (final ruling) I'm pretty new to Yugioh and got into some heated arguements about getting Tour Guide and special summoning Sangan , XYZ Leviathan, then send Sangan to the grave. I imagine this has been discussed a lot on Pojo.com but with so much information I'm having a hard time finding it, but would Sangan 's effect activate?
