I had a relatively poor experience with Tempo, just because they could not seem to give me much information about my tour beyond an itinerary. Turns out they ''on sell'' their Cuban tours run by local operators, which may be why their answers to my questions such as how many people would be on the tour (in my case, three including me, the other two were a German couple who barely spoke English).

Just finished two TEMPO Italian 4 star tours. We have complained to your Flight Center Travel agent. The first tour to Cinque Terre had us staying in a 3 star hotel 18 Km from La Spezia,not the stated 4 star hotel in the center. The tour guide and bus were OK.
