Nov 10, 2019 · If you can't find a tour you can take a cab. The Chocolate Factory is across from the Brugal factory. Both offer things to buy. From there you also aren't far from the Amber museum. Best place to buy liquor etc. is La Sirena, supermarket Tropical or Jose Luis near there too. Can't imagine a cab for the day costing more the $65.
