Vieille d’environ 160 ans, la Tour Guisquet est une construction dont l’origine relève plus de l’anecdote que du fait historique. L’histoire raconte que vers 1850, le fameux rocher où s’élève désormais la Tour fut l’objet d’une procédure entre les familles Guisquet et Manifacier qui en revendiquaient la propriété.
