Tour issue is a weight sorting standard where the shafts shall be plus minus 0.5 grams from 132 (131.5 to 132.5), and its the same shaft as Dynamic GOLD, but then tolerances for weight is plus minus 1.5 grams (130.5 to 133.5), but since DG S300 is up to 131.5, the S400 TI would be to the lighter side of S400, and DG S400 to the heavy side.

The Tour Issue are selected with very tight weight tolerances so the shafts will play as close as possible in flex. In general ,I stay away from S300's. They are all the in-between shafts. I have found the s400 and S200 to be better options and have tighter weight sorting. The Tour issue are even tighter.
