We are thinking of visiting the San Diego area next March and I was wondering if any tours of the naval base are available. I found information on harbor cruises from which you can see the naval fleet in the water. We did a cruise similar to that in Norfolk, VA back in 2002, but they also offered a bus tour of the base itself in Norfolk. Any info would be much appreciated!
