Viator customer service agent stated they received confirmation from the tour operator that pick-up and drop-off at my hotel are possible. That is why I booked with Viator. On the day of the tour, the tour operator stated he cannot pick me up at my hotel since it was on the wrong side of the highway.

Last two tours I booked with Viator have resulted in tour guide no showing. Both times, Viator could do nothing to help other than ultimately refund the money. The first time I had to fight to get money refunded. The second time we had driven 3 hrs to attend day tour where tour guide also no showed.
