Apr 11, 2018 · Noticed a lot of guys on tour have started putting KBS tour 120’s in their wedges despite playing X100’s or 130 gram shafts in their irons. I imagine they still end up with a heavier swing weight in their wedges than irons despite the lighter shaft weight.

I'm getting new SM8s and wondering if I should stick with current KBS Tour shafts I have in my SW and LW, or switch shafts to match the Mitsubishi Tensei Pro Red AMC that I have in my T300s. I've liked the KBS shafts in my wedges but now I have a pretty significant weight gap between the Tensei shafts (65 grams) and the KBS Tour (110 grams).

In that club I have a Satin PX 5.5 8 iron shaft. Probably made more birdies because of that club than my Scotty. My Lob wedge is a Vokey SM4. 58.09 with a rifle spinner 4.5 shaft.
