Sadly, I was informed a few months later that the Weber family had discontinued factory tours due to sensitivities about new manufacturing technologies and techniques. Maybe someday. In hindsight, the part of the day I cherish most was talking with Erich Schlosser , a truly remarkable man to whom we WSM fans owe so much.
