    I would agree that tipping at tasting bars is not necessary or even expected. But if a pourer gives extra special service or attention (additional free or "off the list" pours, helpful restaurant advice, etc.) then most definitely a tip is the perfect way to show your appreciation. In such cases, I usually give $5-$10.
